Marine Weather Statement issued March 24 at 12:27PM CDT by NWS Mobile AL

At 1226 PM CDT…A line of strong thunderstorms was located along a
line extending from near Western Dauphin Island to 25 nm east of
Breton Sound…moving east at 50 knots.

Locations impacted include…
Sand Island Lighthouse, Bon Secour Bay, Farewell Buoy, Mississippi
Sound East Of Pascagoula, Perdido Pass, Orange Beach, Central Dauphin
Island, Oriskany Reef, Gulf Shores Beach, and Fort Gaines.

The primary threats from these storms are wind gusts up to 30
knots…locally higher waves…and heavy downpours. Boaters should
consider seeking safe harbor until these storms have passed.
