Special Weather Statement issued March 24 at 1:14PM EDT by NWS Burlington VT

Light freezing rain has been reported in portions of central
Vermont as surface temperatures remain below freezing. This
precipitation, not visible on radar, is on the western edge of a
band of snow and may continue through the next few hours. Ice
accretions will be light, and mainly on unpaved roads and elevated
surfaces.
