inaccessible.

– At 1000 AM EDT Tuesday, the stage was 11.4 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise to a crest of 11.7
feet Wednesday morning. It will then fall below flood stage
Friday evening.
– Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
