Special Weather Statement issued March 26 at 6:02AM EDT by NWS Charleston SC

The combination of critically dry fuels, relative humidity values
as low as 17 to 25 percent and wind gusts as high as 15 to 20 mph,
will result in an enhanced fire danger across much of Southeast
South Carolina and Southeast Georgia away from the immediate coast
this afternoon. This includes the Francis Marion National Forest.
