High Surf Warning issued March 26 at 2:21PM PDT until March 28 at 11:00AM PDT by NWS Medford OR

* WHAT…Dangerously large breaking waves of 28 to 32 feet.

* WHERE…Beaches along Curry, Coos and Douglas Counties.

* WHEN…From 11 AM Thursday to 11 AM PDT Friday.

* IMPACTS…Extremely large breaking waves will create very
hazardous conditions along beaches and area shorelines. Waves
will inundate beaches and surge into normally dry areas.
Infrastructure damage and significant beach erosion can be
expected.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…The highest breaking waves are expected
Thursday afternoon through late Thursday night.

Rain/snow showers returned to the Yukon Delta Sunday afternoon as the next system arrived. Showers will stretch north to St. Lawrence Island by Monday morning and to the southern Seward Peninsula by noon Monday. Neosho River near Parsons affecting Neosho and Labette Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Neosho River near Parsons. * WHEN...Until early Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Flood waters spread over fields to a distance of 1 and one fourth miles. Several county roads, mainly along the left bank are inundated. Several residents which live along the right bank in the vicinity of Highway 400 may experience water entering their homes at basement levels. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:30 AM CDT Monday
