Reservation, the Bois Forte Band, Lake Vermilion area and the Fond
du Lac Band. This also includes the Boundary Waters eastern and

* IMPACTS…Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice.
Travel could be nearly impossible. The hazardous conditions could
impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…The heaviest ice accumulations are possible
along the higher terrain of the North Shore northeast of Duluth to
Silver Bay and locally into inland central St. Louis and Lake
counties. The heaviest snow amounts to around 6 inches are
possible in the tip of the Arrowhead with lesser amounts elsewhere.
