* WIND…Light winds this morning becoming southerly at 5 to 10
mph with gusts to 15 mph.

* HUMIDITY…Relative humidity dropping into the upper teens to
lower 20s this afternoon.

* IMPACTS…any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
