…SIGNIFICANT ICING MAY IMPACT PARTS OF CENTRAL WISCONSIN FROM
SATURDAY EVENING INTO SUNDAY EVENING…

.Rain is forecast to potentially change over to freezing rain on
Saturday night and continue into Sunday. Ice accumulations may range
from a glaze to a quarter of an inch or more of ice. In addition,
there may be some light accumulations of snow.

* WHAT…A potential for freezing rain and some light snow. Total
snow accumulations of one inch and ice accumulations of a glaze
to a quarter of an inch or more possible.

* WHERE…Clark and Taylor Counties.

* WHEN…From Saturday evening through Sunday evening.

* IMPACTS…Power outages and tree damage may occur due to the ice.
Travel could be impacted.

A low-amplitude west/southwesterly mid/upper flow pattern will prevail Days 4-6/Tue-Thu. South/southeasterly low-level flow across the western Gulf into the southern Plains will allow for northward moisture transport and daily diurnal destabilization.
