* IMPACTS…Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday
evening commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…The greatest ice accumulations are expected
across Lake and Cook counties inland from Lake Superior. Most
other locations can expect a glaze to around a tenth of an inch of
ice accumulation. The greatest snow accumulations to around 4
inches are expected in the tip of the Arrowhead around Grand
Portage with lesser amounts up to 2 inches elsewhere.
