inches of rain last night. The upstream drainage basin is forecast
to receive another 1 to 1.5 inches of rainfall tonight into Sunday.
This combination of precipitation may bring the Black River at Black
River Falls above minor flood stage as rainfall runs off into the
river over the next two days.
