* WHAT…Heavy snow and mixed precipitation expected. Total snow
accumulations between 5 and 9 inches and ice accumulations up to a
quarter inch of inch.

* WHERE…Western Clinton County in northern New York, and portions
of northern Vermont.

* WHEN…Until 8 PM EDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS…Isolated to scattered power outages are possible from
snow loading and ice. Travel will become difficult.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Most of the snow will fall through mid
morning today. A wintry mix with ice accumulations is expected
late today into Sunday.
