Winter Weather Advisory issued March 29 at 3:34AM EDT until March 30 at 8:00PM EDT by NWS Burlington VT

* WHAT…Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations
between 4 and 7 inches and ice accumulations up to one tenth of an
inch.

* WHERE…Eastern Clinton County in northern New York and portions
of northern Vermont.

* WHEN…Until 8 PM EDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Most of the snow will fall through mid
morning today. A wintry mix with light ice accumulations is
expected later today into Sunday. Precipitation will become plain
rain on Sunday, except for sheltered valleys in Essex County where
temperatures will remain near to below freezing through much of
the day Sunday.
