to two tenths of an inch possible. Additional snow accumulations
less than an inch.

* WHERE…Portions of northern New York and central, northeast, and
northwest Vermont.

* WHEN…Until 8 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS…Isolated to scattered power outages are possible from
snow loading and ice. Travel will be difficult.
