accumulation up to a tenth of an inch possible. Additional snow
and sleet accumulation less than an inch.

* WHERE…Portions of northern New York and northeast and northwest
Vermont.

* WHEN…Until 8 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. Travel could be very
difficult.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Precipitation will gradually transition to
plain rain through this morning, except for the sheltered valleys
in eastern Vermont where temperatures will remain near to below
freezing for much of the day.
