* WHAT…For the Blowing Dust Advisory, visibility between
one-quarter and one mile in blowing dust expected. For the High
Wind Warning, west winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph
expected.

* WHERE…Eastern/Central El Paso County.

* WHEN…For the Blowing Dust Advisory, from 9 AM to 9 PM MDT
Tuesday. For the High Wind Warning, from noon to 9 PM MDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…Hazardous driving conditions due to reduced visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Subsequent Dust Storm Warnings may be issued
for visibility less than a quarter mile.
