Wind Advisory issued March 31 at 1:42PM MDT until April 1 at 6:00PM MDT by NWS Grand Junction CO

* WHAT…For the first Wind Advisory, southwest winds 20 to 30 mph
with gusts up to 45 mph. For the second Wind Advisory, west winds
20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected. For the Freeze
Warning, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 20 expected.

* WHERE…Southeast Utah.

* WHEN…For the first Wind Advisory, until midnight MDT tonight.
For the second Wind Advisory, from 10 AM to 6 PM MDT Tuesday. For
the Freeze Warning, from midnight Tuesday Night to 8 AM MDT
Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive
vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
