counties, Belmont, Carroll, Coshocton, Guernsey, Harrison, Monroe,
Muskingum, Noble and Tuscarawas.

* WHEN…From Wednesday evening through Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– Several waves of showers and thunderstorms could produce
heavy rainfall from Wednesday night through the weekend.
