* WHAT…For the Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures in the
lower to mid 20s expected. For the Freeze Watch, sub-freezing
temperatures in the upper 20s possible.

* WHERE…In Colorado, Four Corners/Upper Dolores River and Paradox
Valley/Lower Dolores River. In Utah, Canyonlands/Natural Bridges.

* WHEN…For the Freeze Warning, from midnight tonight to 8 AM MDT
Wednesday. For the Freeze Watch, from late Wednesday night through
Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

Warm and dry conditions are expected this afternoon. Coupled with breezy winds, conditions for fire are expected to be near critical. Areas along and east of I-29 are the most likely to experience near critical conditions. Humidity levels should decrease to 20-25% this afternoon as winds are weakening. Occasional gusts of 25-30 mph may create temporary periods of critical fire conditions.

* WHAT...Temperatures in the mid and upper 30s will result in frost formation. * WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio. * WHEN...From midnight tonight to 9 AM EDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
