12 inches across the mountain passes. Winds gusting as high as 40
mph.

* WHERE…Bighorn Mountains Southeast and Bighorn Mountains West.

* WHEN…Until 6 PM MDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be difficult and could impact the Tuesday
evening and Wednesday morning commutes, especially across Powder
River and Granite Passes.
