* IMPACTS…At 22.0 feet, North Clay Road…1 mile east of the gage
is flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 9:45 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 15.6 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage
early tomorrow afternoon and continue rising to a crest of
22.8 feet Saturday evening.
– Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
