20 expected. For the Freeze Watch, sub-freezing temperatures as
low as 24 possible.

* WHERE…In Colorado, Grand Valley. In Utah, Arches/Grand Flat and
Southeast Utah.

* WHEN…For the Freeze Warning, until 8 AM MDT Wednesday. For the
Freeze Watch, from late Wednesday night through Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS…Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
