* WHAT…For the Blowing Dust Advisory, visibility between one and
three miles in blowing dust. For the Wind Advisory, southwest
winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.

* WHERE…Central Brewster and Eastern Culberson Counties, and
Chinati Mountains, Chisos Basin, Davis Mountains, Davis Mountains
Foothills, Marfa Plateau, Presidio Valley, and Van Horn and
Highway 54 Corridor.

* WHEN…Until 9 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS…Hazardous driving conditions due to reduced visibility.
Gusty winds may blow around unsecured objects.
