* WHAT…Snow expected. Likelihood of minor to moderate impacts from
around 1 to 3 inches of snow is 100 percent, and 3 to 6 inches of
snow is 80 percent.

* WHERE…Bad Rock Canyon, Polebridge, Essex, Highway 83 Bigfork to
Swan Lake, and Marias Pass.

* WHEN…From midnight tonight to 3 PM MDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. For MODERATE impacts from snow,
expect disruptions to normal activities. Use extra caution while
driving. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday
morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Winds: Northeast 10 to 20 mph

Forecast snowfall amounts…
Marias Pass: 5 to 8 inches
Essex: 4 to 6 inches
West Glacier and Hungry Horse: 2 to 4 inches
Swan Lake: 1 to 3 inches
