Winter Weather Advisory issued April 2 at 2:45PM EDT until April 3 at 11:00AM EDT by NWS Burlington VT

* WHAT…Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations of a
coating to two inches. Ice accumulations of a glaze to one tenth
of an inch, locally up to a third of an inch. Winds gusting as
high as 40 mph.

* WHERE…Portions of northern New York and central and southern
Vermont.

* WHEN…Until 11 AM EDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Isolated power outages are possible from accumulating
ice and snow as well as some gusty winds. Areas of slick travel
are possible overnight tonight into early Thursday morning.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Widespread wintry precipitation will fall
through midnight before transitioning to a plain rain, although
pockets of freezing rain will linger through daybreak near and
just east of the Green Mountains.
