Lawrence County in northeastern Kentucky…
West Central Boone County in central West Virginia…
Southeastern Cabell County in central West Virginia…
Lincoln County in central West Virginia…
Northwestern Logan County in southern West Virginia…
Northwestern Mingo County in southern West Virginia…
Wayne County in western West Virginia…

* Until 700 PM EDT.

* At 344 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2 inches of
rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches
are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD…Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT…Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

Louisa, Wayne, Hamlin, Blaine, Yatesville Lake State Park,
Chapmanville, Fort Gay, Kiahsville, Dunlow, East Lynn Lake,
Ranger, Harts, Gill, Ulysses, Spurlockville, Charley, Mount
Gay-Shamrock, Chief Logan State, Martha and West Hamlin.
