* IMPACTS…At 22.0 feet, Minor agricultural flood damage will occur.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 7:15 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 21.1 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise to a crest of 22.0
feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood
stage tomorrow evening.
