Sulphur River Near Talco affecting Red River, Titus, Morris and
Franklin Counties.

For the Sulphur River…including Talco…Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Sulphur River near Talco.

* WHEN…From Saturday afternoon until further notice.

* IMPACTS…At 25.0 feet, Expect minor flooding of lowland areas
with some secondary roadways closed. All cattle and equipment
nearby the river should be moved to higher ground.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 9:45 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 13.1 feet.
– Bankfull stage is 20.0 feet.
– Forecast…The river will rise above flood stage Saturday
afternoon to 25.0 feet Monday morning.
– Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
