* IMPACTS…At 29.0 feet, moderate flooding occurs along the west
bank of the Kiamichi River near Moyers. Some permanent buildings
on the campgrounds become isolated.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 1:30 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 3.6 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage
early Saturday afternoon to a crest of 29.0 feet late
Saturday night. It will then fall below flood stage Sunday
evening. This forecast is based on the next 48 hours of
