* IMPACTS…Flooding of creeks, streams, and other low-lying and
flood-prone locations is occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 240 PM EDT, Reports indicate several road closures remain
due to flooding, particularly across Lawrence County in
southeast Ohio. Moderate to occasionally heavy rain will move
back into the area later this afternoon and early evening.
This may prolong and exacerbate the flooding through the
evening hours. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches
are possible into the evening hours.
