Flood Watch issued April 3 at 1:25PM CDT until April 6 at 7:00AM CDT by NWS Tulsa OK

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE…Portions of Arkansas, including the following counties,
Benton, Carroll, Crawford, Franklin, Madison, Sebastian and
Washington AR and Oklahoma, including the following counties,
Adair, Cherokee, Choctaw, Delaware, Haskell, Latimer, Le Flore,
McIntosh, Muskogee, Pittsburg, Pushmataha and Sequoyah.

* WHEN…From 1 AM CDT Friday through Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– Multiple rounds of heavy rainfall will result in storm total
accumulation of 4-6″ with locally up to 8″.
