* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE…Portions of north central and northeast Texas, including
the following counties, in north central Texas, Fannin and Hunt.
In northeast Texas, Delta, Hopkins, Lamar and Rains.

* WHEN…From late tonight through Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Low-water crossings may become flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– Rainfall totals of 3 to 5 inches, with isolated higher
amounts up to 8 inches.
