Russell Springs, Horntown, Sycamore Flat, Eli, Jericho, Windsor,
Teddy, Webbs Cross Roads, Dunnville, and Gilpin.

Winds gusting as high as 50 mph. * WHERE...Central Beaufort Sea Coast, Eastern Beaufort Sea Coast, Northern Arctic Coast, and Northwest Arctic Coast. * WHEN...Until 4 PM AKDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility.

Whiteout conditions are expected and will make travel treacherous. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility.
