* WHAT…South and southwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts 40 to 50
mph.

* WHERE…Portions of northern New York and northwest Vermont.

* WHEN…Until 8 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Strong southwest to west winds will continue
into this evening, with the highest gusts expected in northern New
York. Winds decrease quickly after 8 PM.
