* IMPACTS…At 12.0 feet, Extensive lowland flooding is occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 8:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 7.0 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage
Saturday afternoon to a crest of 11.5 feet Sunday morning.
