* At 1121 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain has moved back
into the warned area. Most creeks were out of their banks in
Jefferson County this morning. Between 6 and 9 inches of rain have
fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in
the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.
