IMPACT…Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

Jackson, Bartlett, West Memphis, Dyersburg, Forrest City, Marion,
Brownsville, Millington, Covington, Humboldt, Ripley, Wynne,
Milan, Osceola, Lexington, Henderson, Bolivar, McKenzie, Trenton
and Marianna.
