The National Weather Service in Paducah has extended the

* Flash Flood Warning for…
Carlisle County in western Kentucky…

* Until 900 PM CDT.

* At 321 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms have
continued to produce heavy rainfall across the warned area this
afternoon. Between 6 and 10 inches of rain have fallen. Additional
rainfall is expected over the next several hours. Flash flooding
is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD…Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE…Radar.

IMPACT…Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include…
Bardwell and Arlington.
