Flood Warning issued April 5 at 11:45AM EDT until April 6 at 8:00PM EDT by NWS Charleston WV

* WHAT…Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall
continues.

* WHERE…Portions of northeast Kentucky, including the following
county, Lawrence and West Virginia, including the following
counties, Cabell, Lincoln, Putnam and Wayne.

* WHEN…Until 800 PM EDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS…Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads
remain closed due to flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 1145 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in
the warned area. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have
fallen.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Louisa, Wayne, Hamlin, Blaine, Beech Fork State Park,
Yatesville Lake State Park, Fort Gay, Centerville, East Lynn
Lake, Webbville, Martha, West Hamlin, Genoa, East Lynn,
Buchanan, Fallsburg, Branchland, Salt Rock, Myra and
Houckville.
