Flood Warning issued April 5 at 2:02PM EDT until April 5 at 8:30PM EDT by NWS Wilmington OH

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE…The following counties, in Kentucky, Bracken, Lewis, Mason
and Robertson and the following counties, in south central Ohio,
Adams and Scioto.

* WHEN…Until 830 PM EDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS…Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Low-water
crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. Expect
many areas of slow moving or standing water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 202 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the
warned area. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5
inches are possible.
– Some locations that may experience flooding include…
Portsmouth, Maysville, Wheelersburg, Washington, West Union,
New Boston, Manchester, Peebles, Ripley, Aberdeen, Vanceburg,
Augusta, Winchester, Seaman, South Webster, Lewisburg,
Brooksville, Rome, Tollesboro and Camp Dix.
