Flood Watch issued April 5 at 11:21AM EDT until April 6 at 8:00AM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE…Portions of east central Ohio, including the following
area, Columbiana and Pennsylvania, including the following areas,
Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Higher Elevations of Indiana, Indiana
and Lawrence.

* WHEN…Through Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Area creeks and
streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– An additional 1.0 to 1.5 inches of rain is possible through
tonight, with locally higher totals possible. With the ground
already saturated from recent rain, the potential for
flooding may increase.
