Winter Storm Warning issued April 4 at 8:27PM AKDT until April 5 at 12:00AM AKDT by NWS Anchorage AK

* WHAT…Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations up to 3 to 5
inches. Winds gusting up to 45 mph.

* WHERE…Eastern Aleutians.

* WHEN…Until midnight AKDT tonight.

* IMPACTS…Visibilities reduced to one half mile or less due to
blowing snow. Whiteout conditions are possible at times. Travel
could be very difficult. Area roadways are dangerous for traveling.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Local officials have requested to stay off
roads as much as possible. Travel only if necessary.
