gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE…Portions of northwest and the Panhandle of Texas.

* WHEN…Until 1 AM CDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS…Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to heavy snow,
especially in Lubbock, Hockley, Crosby, and Floyd Counties. Plan
on slippery road conditions even after the snow ends tonight.
