Flood Warning for the following rivers in Michigan…

Maple River at Maple Rapids affecting Clinton County.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Maple River at Maple Rapids.

* WHEN…From this afternoon to tomorrow evening.

* IMPACTS…At 9.0 feet, Expect minor flooding of County Line Road
and a home along County Line Road.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 9:15 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 9.0 feet.
– Bankfull stage is 7.0 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise to a crest of 9.0
feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage
tomorrow morning.
– Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
– Flood History…This crest compares to a previous crest of
9.0 feet on 04/25/1999.
