…The National Weather Service in Jackson MS has issued a Flood
Warning for the following rivers in Mississippi…

Yazoo River At Greenwood affecting Leflore County.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Yazoo River at Greenwood.

* WHEN…From Thursday morning until further notice.

* IMPACTS…At 35.0 feet, Widespread flooding begins in areas not
protected by Greenwood levee system.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 11:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 25.4 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage
Thursday morning and continue rising to 35.0 feet. Additional
rises are possible thereafter.
– Flood stage is 35.0 feet.
