* IMPACTS…At 21.0 feet, Lowland flooding is occurring near the
river.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 9:00 AM CDT Monday the stage was 21.6 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise to a crest of 22.0
feet tomorrow morning.
– Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
