* WHERE…Kaskaskia River at Carlyle.

* WHEN…Until further notice.

* IMPACTS…At 20.3 feet, Township roads downstream in Covington
begin flooding near this height.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 10:30 AM CDT Monday the stage was 19.8 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to remain steady above flood
stage at 19.9 feet.
– Flood stage is 16.5 feet.
