* IMPACTS…Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads
remain closed due to flooding. Emergency management has reported
water rescues and evacuations in the city of Dyersburg.

– At 1146 AM CDT, Emergency management reported flooding in the
warned area. Flooding is already occurring.
– Major River flooding will continue through late week at
Dyersburg on the North Fork of the Forked Deer River.
