Tennessee…

Wolf River near Rossville

For the Wolf River…including Germantown, Rossville…Minor
flooding is forecast.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is occurring.

* WHERE…Wolf River near Rossville.

* WHEN…Until Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS…At 13.0 feet, Small creeks that flow into the Wolf River
will begin to back up. Flooding will begin near the Wolf River
north of Piperton and north of Collierville.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 12:00 PM CDT Monday the stage was 13.2 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.4
feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood
stage early Thursday morning.
– Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

A low-amplitude west/southwesterly mid/upper flow pattern will prevail Days 4-6/Tue-Thu. South/southeasterly low-level flow across the western Gulf into the southern Plains will allow for northward moisture transport and daily diurnal destabilization.
