Flood Warning issued April 7 at 1:46PM EDT until April 8 at 7:00AM EDT by NWS Charleston WV

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE…A portion of southeast Ohio, including the following
counties, Athens, Gallia, Jackson and Meigs.

* WHEN…Until 700 AM EDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Low-water
crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 145 PM EDT, Department of highways continues to report
several roads flooded across the warned area. While small
stream and creek flooding is diminishing, flooding will
continue along bigger creeks and rivers across the area, as
runoff makes its way to the larger waterways.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Rio Grande, Racine, Coolville, Rutland, Middleport, Chester,
Syracuse, Vinton, Cheshire, Adamsville and Kyger.
