Flood Warning issued April 7 at 2:13PM CDT until April 10 at 2:00PM CDT by NWS Memphis TN

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall and record river
flooding continues.

* WHERE…A portion of West Tennessee, including the following
counties, Dyer, Gibson, Obion and Weakley.

* WHEN…Until 200 PM CDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Several
structures are flooded and several levees have failed. Numerous
roads remain closed due to flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 213 PM CDT, Emergency management reported flooding in the
warned area. Flooding is already occurring.
– Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Martin, Union City, South Fulton, Dyer, Kenton, Rutherford,
Obion, Trimble, Rives, Mason Hall, Moffatt, Mount Pelia,
Tilghman, Tyson Store, Shaffner, Gibbs, Terrell, Gardner,
Poplar Ridge and Locust Grove.
